Switch your appliance on from the power switch and wait till the unit is ready  

 

for use.

4. 

       Press the small cup button or big cup button, the button indicator will still be  

 

flashing and the fault indicator will be solid blue.

5.    

    The appliance will begin descaling.

 This process will involve having to empty  

 

the contents of the tank through the machine and into your mug.

6. 

        Let approx. 30-60ml run through your machine and then stop the flow by    

 

pressing the same coffee button. Wait 1 minute and re-activate the cycle by  

 

pressing the same coffee button.

7.

         Repeat the above step approx. five times until the fault indicator is  

 

 extinguished.

8.

         Remove tank and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

9.

         Refill tank with fresh water and run one full cup through without inserting a 

 

coffee capsule. This process will ensure any liquid descaler still remaining in 

 

the coffee lines will be washed through and your machine clean.

10.    

Descaling is now complete and you are ready to make coffee.

During operation, if the water tank is empty, the fault indicator will flash red.

If the water tank is empty, the fault indicator will flash red, refill the water    

 

tank and press the big cup button or small cup button. The fault indicator 

 

will be extinguished and the corresponding button indicator will flash white;   

 

you can continue to brew coffee again.

During operation, if the fault indicator is solid lighting red, it means the  

 

 

appliance has malfunctioned. At this stage contact the Customer Care line  

 

contained in this manual for further assistance.
