Troubleshooting  

WHY THE PC DoESn’T rECognIZE DTHE PLaYEr ? 
reasons: 
1. The player is not compatible with Windows operating system , 

please try another computer . 

2. Defective USB Port: Connect the device to a different USB Port . 
3. Defective USB Cable : contact Manta Technical Team . 
4. Connection interference : other software might interfere with the 

communication between the device and the computer . restart your 
PC while the device is connected and turned on . 

5. Software Malfunction: Safely disconnect the MP4 player from your 

computer , this can otherwise cause damage to the device software . 

6. Defected Device: If any of the previous Suggestions did not work, 

contact Manta Technical Team for further assistance.
