Before you request
for repair
Phenomena below are not necessary mean broken TV
set. Please check off per following methods before you re-
quest for repair.
No picture, no sound
Improper connection with AC adapter or Automobile
adapter. Use of unauthorized power supply. Power Switch
is on OFF position.
No picture
Whether the correct Channel is selected. Automatically
set up the Receiving Channel again. Any new place is sub-
ject to re-setup of channels.
No sound
Whether the sound is turned to end or under an incorrect
Sound System. Whether earphone is plugged in. Muffle
actions under too weak signal.
Dark picture
Whether Bright and Contrast is adjusted correctly; May-
be too weak signal at the receiving place.
Unclear or unstable picture
Whether antenna is adjusted in correct direction; Maybe
received the building or high reflection signal nearby.
Superposed picture
Whether antenna is in proper direction; Maybe received
the building or reflected signal nearby.
Snowstorm
Maybe under wave interference of automobile motor,
train, high voltage line and neon light.
Achromatic or interior color
Whether Color is adjusted well, whether decoloration
actions under with too weak proper signal of Color Sys-
tem.
