 Plug in the appliance, turn the speed selector to your 

desired setting, we suggest you choose 3-5 setting, when the 

appliance operates normally, put the food pieces into vegetable 

tube, then press the food pusher to the lowest position.

Note: 

1. 

Do not operate the unit for more than 1 minute 

continuously or the food should be no more than 0.5kg for 

each use.

2. 

During the appliance working, please don’t take off the 

vegetable tube assembly from the motor unit.

 Place a clean container with proper size under cutting tube 

cover to receive food coming from the appliance.

 When finish using, press the switch to “OFF” position, 

unplug the power source.

 Recommend function recipe

Recipe: Peel off potato, carrot or other fruits/vegetables, cut 

into strips less than 45mm*45mm in size.

Method: operate unit for 1 min ON and then 1 min OFF at speed 

setting 3-4, Add food into feed tube all the time and also press 

down rod pusher with 90N force. Food to be processed every 

time shall not exceed 0.5Kg.

Result: food shall be cut into slices or strips without blockage, 

food slices or strips shall be uniform, shredding or slicing blades 

shall not be damaged, it is acceptable a bit amount of food 

remains within cutting tube.

1. Lay the appliance on the flat horizontal surface and make 

sure it is unplugged.

2. Prepare the following ingredients, and then assemble the 

dough hook well in position by following the operaiton of 

USING YOUR MIXER

”. After it, put oil, water, salt and bread 

flour into the bowl.

1) Bread flour: 400g

2) Water: 160g

3) Salt: 3g

4) Oil: 5g

3. Make dough by following the operation as below: firstly, run 

the appliance under speed setting 1 for 30 seconds and then 

run it under speed setting 2 for about 4.5 minutes.

4. After making the dough, divide it into small pieces with a size 

of 2.5cm*2.5cm*5cm.

5. Select the appropriate mould according to your requirement 

and assemble the selected mould into the noodle-making 

attachment well in position. There are 6 moulds attached for 

making various noodles.

6. Open the Front cover (1), and then put the noodle-

making attachment into the low speed outlet and rotate it 

anticlockwise until it is locked in position.

7. Assemble noodle making accessory, turn the speed selector 

to setting 4 or 5. Make the dough into long strips, then put 

them into feeding tube, test each noodle mould in 200g 

dough, the unit can make noodle continuously without 

blocking within 3mins, and the noodles are smooth, it means 

pass the test.

The rest time for the unit after changing noodle mould can’t be 

less than 15mins.
