DURING ASSEMBLY, PAY ATTENTION THAT THE HANDLE
IS PERPENDICULAR TO THE DOOR STOP.
1. Insert the spindle (1) into the lock follower with the slotted countersink (A) downward. the
spindle must be centred equally on both sides of the door minimum 30mm, maximum
42mm
2. Place the right spring assembly (2) onto the spindle for the right handle\knob (7),
place the left spring assembly onto the spindle (3) for the left handle\knob (8)
taking care to keep the notch (T).
3. Downwards then fix securely both springs to the door with bolt through machine screws
provided (4).
4. Push onto the spring assembly the roses (5).
5. Insert the handle\knob (7) and washer (6) on the spindle (1).
6. Repeat the operation of the other side , insert the handle\knob (8)
and washer (6) on the spindle (1).
7. Secure the handles\knob with grub screw (9) using the hex key (10).
8. Place plastic escutcheon fixing plate (11) lugs into pre drilled holes with the notch (T).
downwards and fix with bolt through machine screws provided.
9. Push fit the brass escutcheons (12) securly on to the plastic fixing plates (11).
