Emergency stop
In case of emergency, braking can be done in several ways:
1.
Release the control lever, the pallet car stops.
2. Pull the control lever all the way down (fig.8), the pallet car stops.
3. Press the emergency stop (3, fig.6), all electrical systems are switched off.
Lowering the load
Press the Lowering-button (F, fig.7), make sure that one has enough free space behind it to
drive the pallet truck under the load. WATCH OUT! Never lower the load while driving!
Use of the pallet truck on a truck
Move the pallet truck slowly and make sure it doesn't fall off the truck. If the pallet car is not
used, it must be locked firmly on the vehicle.
Parking of the pallet truck
When the pallet truck is no longer needed, it should be stored in a safe place. Please note
the following points:
1.
Lower the forks to the lowest position.
2. Press the emergency stop to interrupt the electrical circuit.
WATCH OUT! Never park the pallet car with a load and never park the pallet car on a slope!
Special features
Below are three special features described, which can be set in some (emergency) cases.
WATCH OUT! Upright drive and Engineering mode should only be set in an emergency!

Turtle speed
If the pallet car has been
clamped, you can drive the
pallet car in this mode.
Set: Press the emergency
stop (3, fig.7).
Now pull the
emergency button (C, fig.8)
and simultaneously hold
the driving lever (A, fig.8)
pressed forward and unlock
the emergency stop (3,
fig.7). Now you can drive the
control lever in a straight
position.
This mode can be set when
you start maintenance or
when the front-frame
battery
is running low, the
brake is unlocked so that
the pallet car can be
manually moved.
Set: Press the emergency
stop (3, fig.7).
Now hold
down the horn (B, fig.8) and
unlock the
emergency stop
(3, fig.7). The brake is now
unlocked.
This allows you to adjust the
speed of the pallet car
down.
Set: Hold down the horn (B,
fig.8) and simultaneously
move the driving lever (A,
fig.8) forward twice. The
speed has now been
adjusted downwards.
All above settings can be reset/restored by pushing the emergency stop button (3, fig.7)
and unlocking it again.
