Loading the Film Holder 

Pull out the upper and lower Back Cover 

Latches and the back cover will open. Be-
cause of the double safety lock, pulling out 
just one of the two Back Cover Latches will 
not open the cover. After opening the back 
cover of the Roll Film Holder, remove the 
Film Insert. When loading film, it is not nec-
essary to remove the holder from the cam-
era back. When loading film, avoid direct 
sunlight--either load in the shade or turn 
your body away from the sun and use the 
shade of your own body. 

While holding down the left-hand Spool 

Release Pin of the Film Insert, fit a roll of film 
between the upper and lower left-hand Film 
Spool Studs. Make sure that the backing pa-
per is set as shown in the photo above. 

When loaded correctly, the inside of the 

backing paper (the black side) will appear on 
the outside of the insert back. If it does not, 
remove the film, turn it upside-down, and 
reload . 

After feeding the tip of the backing paper 

into the slot of the Take-up Spool,
