Step 1
Fix two base slats (

) to the
ends of the base rails (

).
Ensure they are flush with the
ends of the base rails. Screw
in two screws (
A
) for each
base slat using a cross-head
screwdriver. Position the two
spacer blocks lengthways in
the rebate in the base rails
flush with one of the attached
base slats. Position the next
base slate on the base rails
against the spacer blocks and
fix in place. Repeat at the
opposite end of the bed base.
Continue until all twelve base
slats are attached.
Note
: Ensure that the base
slat with the information label
is fitted with the label facing
upwards,
see diagram
.

Step 2
Screw in four metal studs
with the coarse thread (

),
into the holes in the ends of
the top rails (

). Screw them
in using a flat-head
screwdriver.
Screw in four metal studs
with the fine thread (

), into
the holes in the ends of the
bottom rails (

). Screw them
in until they are finger tight
and fully inserted.
Ensure the holes in all the
metal studs face towards the
ends of the rails,
see
diagram
.
