Before Calling For Service
Before calling for service, check the following list for problems probable causes and
what you can do.

Dishwasher wont start
No power.
Check that the power cord is
plugged in to a live powerpoint
and it is turned on.
Leakage protection
switch is open.
Reset power plug leakage

Dishwasher drains
poorly
Drain pipe ties a knot.
Filter blockage.
Kitchen sewer blockage.
Check drain.
Check filter system.
Check the kitchen sewer pipe to
ensure smooth drainage.
Foam in the wash tub
To avoid foaming, use a dishwasher-
specific dishwashing powder. If this
happens, open the dishwasher door
and let the foam evaporate for 20-30
minutes. If the liner still has foam,
run any washing procedure until the
foam is cleared.
Use detergent during the validity
period.
Non electric dishwasher
detergent used.
Dishwasher detergent is
not used correctly
The machine makes
a percussion
Suspend the running program and
reposition the tableware that hinders
the rotation of the spray arm.
The spray arm may be
stuck by the cutlery.
The wash items are
not clean
Incorrect wash program
chosen.
Select a more intensive program.
Obstacle obstructing
the sprayarm from
turning.
Check the washload for items
protruding through the bottom
of the basket, or if an item has fallen
through the basket.
