4. Magic Remote Control - operation & functions
You can customize the operation of your light by the
Magic Remote Control unit. Numerous functions can
be combined with each other resulting a pretty flexible
operation where anyone can find the preferred setup.
The buttons of the remote-control unit can be divided
into 2 groups: the upper group of buttons are the
mode-selection buttons while buttons in the lower
part are for setting up time control. The default mode
is AUTO, when the light’s operation is controlled by the
light sensor, while by pressing the ON/OFF button you
can activate daylight mode.
ON/OFF button - By pressing the button you can override default
mode, and activate daylight operation
Automatic mode - this is the default mode. By pressing the button, you can activate the default mode when the
operation of your light will be controlled by the light sensor.
Test function - By pressing the button the light operates for 20 seconds. If the light does not turn on but a green
indicator light shines at the end of the tube, it means that the battery does not have sufficient charge. In this case
please load the battery!
0% power + 100% power when motion is detected
30% power + 100% power when motion is detected
50% power + 100% power when motion is detected
The percentage values on the buttons refer to the power applied by
each mode.
In all modes the default duration for operation is 12 hours.
If you prefer to change the duration of the operation in any of the
chosen modes, please press the button of the preferred mode, then
within 5 seconds press a preferred button at the lower part of the
control unit. In this case your light will operate at the chosen power
setup for the chosen duration.
You can set up a time-controlled operation of your light by using these buttons. If
you do not choose a custom operational mode from the upper button group, your
time-controlled operation will be applied with the default mode.
If you would like to choose a custom operational mode with a time-control, please
choose the preferred mode from the upper part of buttons, and within 5 seconds
please press the preferred time-control button.

button at the lower part of control unit. In this case your
light will operate at the chosen lighting mode for the
chosen duration.
100% power for 6 hours, 50% power + 100% power when motion is detected for 6 hours
If you prefer to change the time ranges of the operation, please press button D, then within 5 seconds push a
preferred button at the lower part of control unit (e.g. pressing button 7h will result 3.5 hours - 3.5 hours in duration).
