IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• The lever must be in the “UP” position before connecting or disconnecting the plug from
the wall outlet.
• Do not insert metal objects or other utensils into the toaster, as this may cause an electric
shock or fire.
• Due to hot parts and potential hazards, the appliance is not suitable for use by children
under 8 years old.
When switched off, keep the device and the power cord out of the reach of children.
Children over 8 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times when using or cleaning
the appliance. This appliance is not a toy!
• The toaster is not designed for use with an external timer or stand-alone remote control
system.
• Detailed information on how to clean the toaster can be found in the section “Cleaning
instructions”.
• This appliance is designed for domestic use only, for example:
- Private apartments, houses and villas.
- Staff kitchen areas for retail, office and other work environments.
- Use by customers in hotels, motels or residential-type settings.
- Bed & Breakfast type hostels.
• This appliance MUST NOT be used in industrial and/or professional environments, such as
Bars, Restaurants, etc. Use in such environments will void the warranty.
