1. PURPOSE
This sealer suits for various plastic films package, which applies to foodstuff, candy, medicine, local
specialty, electric clements, etc. It is most inexpensive and beneficial sealer usedin factories, shops
and service industries.
2. OPERATION
Plug the AC Cord into socket, according to the thickness of the materials to be sealed, regulating
the heat time duration. Put one plastic bag on the Sealing Platform and then push down the handle.
The electronic circuit controls the heat time automatically The Light turns off (to cut off the power
automatically). After 1-2 seconds release the handle. The perfect seal is complete.
The break or non-tighten will appear on the seal if over long or short heat time. Please regulate the
time knob(Toward the direction L for long heat time) in order to obtain suitable time in tighten seal of
plastic beg It is unnecessary to make any regulating for the continuous sealing.
Should the plastic bag sticks to the handle rubber or to be pulled, it is because of the cooling time
is not enough, i.e. the cooling time have to get longer after the light turns off (please keep the handle
down for a short time).
This machine don’t use the power switch please plugs the AC Cord into the socket always, it will
not consume the power at all during not in use condition.
3. NOTES
Always keep the sealing platform clean. avoid the oxidization of the residual on that platform which
will reduce the life of the heating element and of the heat resist cloth.
Don’t use the wet article to clean the sealing platform.
Should the bottom cloth be worn, it will make this machine into short way and to damage the
heating element. So every time in replacing the heating element, check the bottom cloth.
Replace it by a new bottom cloth if the old one is worn.
During it is neccessary to replace a new thermoelectric wire, don’t use any specification other than
equivalent with the origi-nal.
After a very long time usage, please check the handle rubber. The worn of hand rubber will
influence the sealing effect.
4. ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate
collection facilities.
Contact you local government for information regarding the collection systems
available.
If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances
can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.
When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to take back your old
appliance for disposals at least free of charge.
