Malfunction
Causes and solutions
Not booting
1. If the panel is tightly closed, open the panel to clean it, and then close
the panel.
2. Whether the surface of the panel is too dirty or there is water on the
surface of the panel, clean it up and restart it.
No sound
1. Check if the speaker cable is installed correctly.
2. Check if the remote control is muted.
Small volumn
Check the speaker, the constant pressure speaker is not matched, please
use constant resistance 8 ohm speaker.
Button does not work
1. If the panel is tightly closed, open the panel to clean it, and then close
the panel.
2. Whether the surface of the panel is too dirty or there is water on the
surface of the panel, clean it up and restart it.
Touch jump
1. Turn off it and restart.
2. Press the reset button to reset.
The remote control
doesn‘t work
1. Is there enough power in the remote control battery?
2. Shorten the distance of the remote control and reduce obstacles in front
of the remote control window.
Bluetooth connection
is not available
1. Is the host connected to another device?
2. Whether the Bluetooth mode is enabled on the mobile phone.
Bluetooth playback
has no sound
1. Whether the mobile phone has been selected for Bluetooth push (such
as Android mobile phone can play, Apple mobile phone needs to choose
Bluetooth device).
2. Whether the playback device such as mobile phone is set to mute.
3. Whether the network of the playback device such as mobile phone is
stable, can play the downloaded song.
