IMPORTANT

When accelerating and braking on an electric longboard, pay 
attention to the appropriate body weight distribution. When 
accelerating, move your body weight to the front leg (gently 

leaning forward). When braking, the weight should be trans-
ferred to the back leg (gently leaning back).

Hard braking is prohibited when driving at high speed due to 

high risk of falling and damaging the drive in the board. In si-

tuations when braking is necessary you should gradually lose 
speed and gently move the joystick down.

RETURN OF ORDERED PRODUCTS

According to consumer rights act of may 30, 2014 (OJ 2014 pos. 827 as 
amended) customer may withdraw from the contract of good sales concluded 
through our store during 14 days from receiving the parcel without any reason 
and at no cost, except for the costs of shipment, if the customer has chosen 

shipment other than normal cheapest way of shipment offered by the store.

Together with the product, customer shall send back completed document 
of product return or withdrawal statement with name, surname, adress and 
order no as well as with data needed to make a return of sales price (name, 
surname, adress, order no and no of bank account to which the return shall be 
made) to e-mail address

to Klecińska 123, Budynek Alfa, 54-413 Wrocław. 

The store guarantees return of the amount equal to sales price shown  
on proof of purchase during 14 working days from the day of delivery  
of document of product return/withdrawal statement on the bank account 

indicated  by  the  customer,  on  the  account  of  card  used  for  transaction  or 

 

in other way set with the customer. 

The  condition  of  the  product  cannot  differ  from  the  post-productive 

 

condition.  In  case  of  damage,  scratching  or  dirt,  the  product  will  not  be 

 

accepted.
