The section describes how to remove the dust for S6600 series routing switch.

All dust removing operations should be strictly executed by the anti-static
requirements. For example, operate on the anti-static work platform and the
work staff should wear the anti-static work clothes, anti-static wrists or
anti-static gloves and so on.

The dust removing tools and cleaner should meet the related standard
requirements. Otherwise, it will cause the unpredicted damage for the device
board.

To ensure the cooling and ventilation effect of the system and avoid the air filter
from being blocked by the dust, you should remove the dust for the device air
filter regularly. It is suggested to maintain once every quarter. If the
environment of the machine room is severe, the maintaining frequency should be
higher.
Step 1:
Confirm the installation location of the air filter: Before pulling out the air filter, first confirm
the installation location of the air filter at the cabinet or chassis, and then find the air filter
in the cabinet or chassis and paste the label at the corresponding location, avoiding wrong
operation.
Step 2:
Wear the anti-static wrists and use the cross screwdriver to loosen the captive screws on
the air filter.
Step 3:
Take down the air filter from the chassis.
Step 4:
Pull out the black dustproof cushion embedded in the air filter.
