Setting up the radio receiver
The radio receiver is tuned to the transmission
channel (transmission frequency) of the
transmitter by „learning“ a radio telegram from
the transmitter. The fan then can be switched on
or off from the transmitter.
Please take the maximum distance of 5 metres
and the minimum distance of 1 metre between
the transmitter and receiver into account when
setting up.
The radio receiver and the fan must already
be connected. Press ON/OFF to cancel the
set-up procedure.
1. Switch DIP switch 1 at the transmitter to ON.
2. Switch the receiver to set-up mode by
pressing the ON/OFF switch for approx. 5 se-
conds until the red „Prog“ LED flashes and
the fan that is already switched on, switches
off.
3. Set up the channel within approx. 1 minute.
Trigger a radio telegram at the transmitter by
pressing the required button for the channel
that is to be set up.
4. If the red LED „Prog.“ is permanently lit, the
radio telegram has been received.
If the LED flashes quickly, this indicates that
a delete procedure is in progress and you
should repeat the set-up procedure.
5. Press the ON/OFF button at the receiver twice.
6. Check that it works OK. You’re done!
Deleting a transmission channel
If a transmission channel that has already been
set up is set up again, this channel assignment
is deleted in the receiver. The red LED „Prog.“
flashes quickly. Channel assignments have to
be deleted individually.

With power-saving lamps, take note of po-
wer peaks when switching on. Check the
suitability of the lamps before use.
Récepteur radio XE 1
Le récepteur radio XE 1 est destiné à mettre les
ventilateurs raccordés en service ou hors service
dès qu’il reçoit un signal radio appris au préalable.
Le récepteur radio peut apprendre jusqu’à
14 canaux radio (fréquences).

dommages qui résultent d’une utilisation non
conforme.
Consignes de sécurité

Le montage, le branchement électrique et
tous travaux de réparation doivent
uniquement être effectués par des
électriciens qualifiés.

Lors de l’installation électrique et du montage,
il faut respecter les règles de l’art, notamment
la norme DIN VDE 0100 avec ses parties
correspondantes.
•
L’interrupteur doit impérativement être
raccordé à une installation électrique fixe
(max. 1,5 mm²).
•
Lors du montage du récepteur radio à
l’extérieur d’une prise encastrée, il faut veiller
à garantir une protection suffisante contre les
contacts, par ex. lors de l’intégration dans une
boîte de distribution apparente.
•
Avant tous travaux sur la partie électrique, il
faut couper l’alimentation en courant à tous
pôles du secteur. Pour ce faire, il faut empêcher
toute remise en route par mégarde.

Après le montage, veuillez remettre cette
notice au client.
