13.1 User authorisation for tenants
NOTICE
Potential incorrect settings and func-
tions if
roles
are stated incorrectly.
When
creating the tenant account, be sure to select
Tenant
in the input mask under
Role
– this prevents the tenant being able to
change important system parameters.
The user can undertake settings on the
ventilation unit using the
smartphone
app or
Internet web tool.
When registered by the owner, the user is
assigned special setting authorisations for the
ventilation unit
table in Chapter 4, Mobile
activation, app.
To use the
app, install and log on with
the access data.
i
If the tenant changes, the owner can
simply deactivate the password –
access to the ventilation unit is then
blocked.
13.2 User authorisation for
specialist installers
NOTICE
Potential incorrect settings and func-
tions if access authorisation is granted
to unauthorised persons.
Only grant authorised ventilation specialists
access authorisation to the
web tool.
If incorrect settings are undertaken, correct
functioning of the ventilation unit is no longer
guaranteed.
The specialist installer can use the
Internet web tool to set the ventilation unit,
take measurements and perform commissio-
ning.
When registered by the owner, the specialist
installer is assigned special setting authorisa-
tion for the ventilation unit
table in Chap-
ter 4, Mobile activation, web tool.
To use this, the specialist installer must install
the
web tool and log in with his/her
e-mail address and the password provided.
i
The owner can simply deactivate the
password – access to the ventilation
unit is then blocked.
