STEP 1-
Turn hopper slide gate to
left so that coffee beans
cannot drop
STEP 2-
Grind out all coffee from
burr chamber and throw
away until empty
STEP 3-
Turn hopper to left and
lift to remove
STEP 4-
Pour remaining beans into
an overnight bag and seal

dishwasher

Never clean with anything abrasive

Do not wet the grinder

Always handle the grinder with
care so not to damage parts
STEP 7-
Turn inner collar to left to
unlock. Circle should align
with unlock image
STEP 5-
Purge steam into hopper to
disinfect- wipe dry with a
clean non-abrasive towel
STEP 6-
Loosen two locking screws
by turning to left
-DO NOT
REMOVE SCREWS
STEP 8-
Remove cover
STEP 9-
Brush clean excess coffee
Grind from top
