LOADER INSTALLATION

 

 

 

 
 

STEP 11.

  Remove the plug from the 

“POWER BEYOND” port of the Hydraulic 
Control Valve (located on the right hand 
side of the valve and marked “PB”).  Into 
this port install the Power Beyond Sleeve 
provided in the mounting kit (if not already 
installed). 
 

STEP 12.  

Attach a 3/8” x 42” hose with 

fittings to the “IN” port on the Hydraulic 
Control Valve.  Attach a 90

°

 hydraulic 

adapter to the “POWER BEYOND” port on 
the Hydraulic Control Valve and attach a 
3/8” x 44” hose with fittings to the Hydraulic 
Adapter.  Attach a 3/8” x 42” hose with 
fittings to the “OUT” port on the Hydraulic 
Control Valve.  Route the hoses down the 
top and outside of Hydraulic Control Valve 
Stand and secure hoses as shown with a 
plastic tie strap supplied with loader kit. 
 
 
 

 

 
 
 
 
 

 

 
 

 
STEP 13.

  When installing loader only on 

tractor

 

attach a 90

°

 hydraulic adapter to 

each port insuring proper orientation as 
shown in the figure to the right.  To install 
the 90

°

 hydraulic adapters locate the three 

hydraulic ports located on the right hand 
side and in front of the rear mount and 
remove metal plugs.  Attach the 3/8” 
Hydraulic Hose connected to Loader 
Hydraulic Valve “IN” Port to the Outlet Block 
Pressure Port “P”.  Attach the 3/8” 
Hydraulic Hose connected to Loader 
Hydraulic Valve “OUT” Port to the Top Port 
in the Hydraulic Outlet Block “T”.  Attach the 
3/8” Hydraulic Hose connected to Loader 
Hydraulic Valve “PB” Port to the Bottom 
Port in Hydraulic Outlet Port “N”.
