Notification 0x0301 - Display Message Request
The device sends this notification to request that the host display a message for the cardholder. The host
should display the message.

Message
This is an array of bytes that should be displayed by the host on its display
exactly as received. If the message is too long to fit on a single line it may be
split to multiple lines if the host wishes. Messages are limited to 1024 bytes. If
the message is zero length, this is a request for the host to clear the display.
