SPECS
•
3-way hydraulic valve (to control THREE movements).
•
Pressure: Up to 30 bars.
•
Recommended working pressure is 5-18 bars.
REQUIRED:
•
3 x micro-servo. We recommend HXT 900 (
6003-001
).
•
Hydraulic oil. We recommend MAGOM HRC hydraulic oil (
5050-001
).
MICRO SERVO ASSEMBLY
14 mm
Cut the servo horn as
shown in the picture.
STEP 1
Total length must be 14 mm.
STEP 2
Mount the horn to the servo without screw.
Attach the servo to the valve.
Servo horn must not press the rotating valve.
Connect 1A-1B to hydraulic cylinder Nr 1.
Connect 2A-2B to hydraulic cylinder Nr 2.
Connect 3A-3B to hydraulic cylinder Nr 3.
SCHEMA
Working angle is
about 60º, same as
servo angle.
At the neutral point, the valve is closed.
