PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE START
RECOMMENDATIONS
Our hydraulic systems must be used with the MAGOM HRC hydraulic oil.
How to fill the hydraulic system
1.
Close all hydraulic cylinders.
2.
Remove the tank filling screw.
3.
Fill the tank completely.
4. Make one hydraulic movement (main arm for example).
5.
The oil of the tank will drop.
6.
Fill the tank again and make a new movement (or the same movement if you
haven‟t
completed
it before).
7.
Complete the steps 3-6 until all cylinders are moving ok.
8.
Close all cylinders.
9.
Fill the tank about 80-90%.
10. Close the tank with the filling screw
Valve
1.
All servos must be in the middle position to assure that the valve is on the middle and it is closed.
2.
If one or more valves are open, the system
won‟t
work correctly.
3.
You can correct it using the TRIM and SUBTRIM function on the transmitter.
Oil
Please
don‟t
use any other oil type. Oil from third brand can damage o-ring and system.
