TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

The unit had not connect to AC power
Connect the supplied AC/DC Adaptor to
the unit and wall outlet
Press and hold the STANDBY/SOURCE
Button on the top of unit or press the
/STANDBY Button on the Remote
Control to turn on the unit
No power
The unit is in standby mode
Volume is set to minimum
Press the /Tune +/VOL + button
on the unit or the VOL + button on
the Remote Control
Volume level of paired/connected
device is in low level
No sound
Rise the volume level of the
paired/connected device
Volume level is too high
Press the /Tune -/VOL - button
on the unit or the VOL - button on
the Remote Control
Reduce the volume level of the
paired/connected device
Sound
distortion
Radio weak
reception
Volume level of paired/connected
device is too high
Unwound and extended the wire antenna
to its full length or reassemble the other
direction/location to improve reception
Remote
not functioning
The button cell in remote control
is drained
Replace with new button cell
Bluetooth
fail to pair
The external BT device is too far
from the unit
Place the external BT device
close to the unit
The external BT device had
NOT paired to the unit
Pair the external BT device to
the unit as page 10 indicates
