− Never throw batteries into a fire, do not expose batteries
to fire or other heat sources.
− Keep children away from batteries. If you suspect a battery
has been swallowed, seek immediate medical assistance.
− Follow the battery manufacturer’s safety, usage and
disposal instructions.
− The batteries may not be exposed to excessive heat, fire or
similar.
− When not using or cleaning the Night Vision Device or in
case of a fault, always switch off the Night Vision Device
and remove the batteries.
− Never touch leaking batteries without respective
protection. In case of contact with skin, wash the area with
plenty of soap and water.
− Avoid battery acid coming into contact with your eyes. In
case of contact with eyes, rinse eyes with plenty of water
and contact a doctor immediately.
− Keep children under the age of eight away from the Night
Vision Device and the accessories.
− Always use the correct size and type of batteries, best
suited for the intended purpose. Store information about
correct batteries contained in the operating instructions of
devices for future reference.
− Battery Disposal: Old or discharged batteries must be
properly disposed of and recycled in compliance with all
applicable laws. For detailed information, contact your
local solid waste authority.
