Warranty terms

Free Replacement

Refund, if TV compatibility issue reported, within 48 hrs of sale.
o
Replacement will be done only if the packaging is in-tact. Option to replace Magic Box which is
compatible with TV set, by paying according to the MRP of new product, if available in stock.
o
Refund will be provided if stock not available.
2.
Free Repair, within 12 months from date of installation.
Warranty covers defects arising under normal circumstances and does not include malfunctions / failures
arising from Physical damage, Exposure to water, Power brown out, Power fluctuations, Virus induced
from unauthenticated content download or Acts of nature.

Any modifications or tampering in Magic Box will void the warranty. Magic Box team, will analyze
and declare final cause of defect. This declaration will define warranty applicability.
Copy of Invoice.
Magic Box with QR code sticker, on rear side.
Non-functional Magic Box unit, to be sent to Repair center, at listed address.
o
In warranty units, will be repaired and sent back via courier.
o
Out of warranty units will not be repaired.
