Stopping the test
1. If the patient is troubled by the test, press the
Start/Stop
button on the
device or the
Start/Stop
button on the probe control pad on the
shoulder strap.
2. The test is interrupted and the pump pressure is relieved immediately.
Already measured results are kept when a measurement is stopped.
Making additional tympanograms
1. To make a new sweep, press the
Start/Stop
button.
If you wish to overwrite a tympanogram, use the dial or the soft-buttons
Previous Curve
or
Next Curve
to select the
curve you wish to overwrite.
When you have finished testing one ear, switch ears, if needed.
