Step 4: Attach Step 3 finished part to back leg frame (P4) as shown in below illustration.
Step 5:
Lock the seat (P5) to the back frame (P4) using Allen Wrench (H4) to loosely tighten bolt (H1), lock
washer (H2), flat washers (H3) as below illustration. Loosely tighten the screw (H5) with the screw driver (H6)
to lock P1 and P2 to the back legs (P4) as illustration below.
Step 6: Securely tighten all bolts with Allen Wrench and all screws with screw driver before turning the chair
over and palce it upright on a level surface. Assembly is complet.
ADDITIONAL NOTE ABOUT SAFETY: BOLTS MAY LOOSEN DURING NORMAL EVERYDAY USE. THEY
SHOULD BE PERIODICALLY INSPECTED TO PREVENT DAMAGE OR INJURY. ALWAYS CHECK TO BE
SURE THAT ALL HARDWARE IS KEPT TIGHTENED.
