The intensity and amount of mist may vary, but this is not unusual and should not be considered
as a fault. Factors that may affect this include water type, humidity, temperature, air currents etc.
Problem
No Mist or
mist volume

Possible Cause
Power supply is not connected
Water is lower than the water
level sensor
Water is exceeding the max
water level line
There may be a build-up of oil on
the ceramic disc
Mist outlet is blocked
There is an insufficient amount of
water in the tank.
The Power cable may not be
connected properly
The cover is not positioned
correctly
The unit has been tipped or
knocked over
The temperature is low or there is
high humidity
Solution
Plug in the power adaptor and press the
mist button
Refill the tank with ordinary tap water. Take care
not to fill past the max water level line
Carefully pour out excess water via the water
discharge groove
Clean the ceramic disc with water and a clean
cloth
Clean the mist outlet by thoroughly cleaning the
inside of the cover with clean water
Fill the water tank with water up to the max
water level line. Do not over fill.
Disconnect the cable and try connecting
properly.
Remove cover and replace correctly allowing
mist to release correctly.
Follow the accidental leakage instructions.
Under these conditions the mist can sometimes
condense into water droplets.
