CARE AND USE INSTRUCTIONS
Before using for the first time wash the pan in warm soapy water and dry it perfectly Next

up to 500°C very quickly, particularly on induction hobs, these temperatures far exceed the
recommendations of 180°C for long periods and 250°C for short periods. Pls note that unsuitable
fats and oils will burn if the temperature is too high and leave black deposits on your cookware,
which will be difficult to remove and will adversely affect the non-stick properties. Wash the
pan by hand with non abrasive sponges, without using aggressive chemical products. Washing
in a dishwasher may lead to a loss of their non-stick properties caused by the hardness of the
water and aggressiveness of the detergents. Do not use sharp metal implements, wooden or
plastic utensils are recommended to ensure ideal performance. Use a heating source that matched
the size of the pan and does not extend beyond the edge Let the pan cool down before cleaning it
Never leave small children unattended around hot cookware. In case there are any queries,
complaints and warranty claims it is necessary to retain these instructions.
WARRANTY TERMS:
1. The warranty period shall begin on the date of the invoice and last for a period of two (2) years.
2. The entire product is under warranty, including all the components of the product.
3. Should it be understood that the product is defective, the consumer, as found in article 11
of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, may Abandon the agreement, Request a discount from
the sales cost, Request its free repair Request the exchange of the purchased product with one
that is not defective, and use any one of these rights.
4. Should the Consumer choose his/her free right to repair, the vendor is obligated to repair,
or have repaired, the good without requested any other fee under any name, cost for the exchanged
part, or labour cost. The consumer may use his/her right to free repair against the producer or
manufacturer. The vendor, producer, and manufacturer are severally liable for the consumer’s
use of this right.
5. Should the consumer use the right to free repair, in situations where it was determined that
the product: Is defective again within the warranty period, Has exceeded the maximum period
necessary for repair, and It is not possible to repair with a report by an authorized service station,
vendor, producer, or manufacturer, the Consumer may request from the vendor the refund of
the cost of the product, a discount in the cost at the cost of the defect, or, if possible, exchange.
The vendor cannot reject the request of the consumer. Should this request fail to be fulfilled,
the vendor, producer, and manufacturer are severally liable.
6. The repair period for the product cannot exceed 20 business days. This period begins from
within the warranty period on the date the authorized service station or vendor is notified of
the defect regarding the product or, if outside of the warranty period, from the date of the
delivery of the product to the authorized service station. Should the product defect not be
resolved within 10 business days, the producer or manufacturer must consign to the consumer’s
use of another good with similar qualities until the product is repaired. In the instance of
malfunction of the product within the warranty period, the repair time shall be added to the
warranty period.
7. Malfunctions originating from the improper use of the product as described in the user
manual are excluded from the scope of the warranty.
8. The consumer may refer to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in
the location where the Consumer resides or performed the transaction in disputes that may
arise regarding the use of the rights emerging from the warranty.
