Setting Start and End Dates for a Report
|
27
Possible causes for the times in reports that are different than you expect are:
■
The time zone on the license server machine is set incorrectly. If the time
zone is not set correctly, and the system clock has been set to show local
time, an error is introduced into the UTC timestamps recorded in the
report log.
■
The time zone on the machine where SAM
report
-Lite is running is set
incorrectly. Even if the clock time looks correct, the time zone may not be
set correctly.
Setting Start and End Dates for a Report
Start and end dates for report output can be set in text fields in the middle
portion of the SAM
report
-Lite main window. Times can be included. If no
start and end dates are set, the report is generated with data from the entire
report log. If no time is specified, days begin at midnight, 00:00:00.
