Symptom: No symptoms, just improved supply filtering.

Solution:

Install one 47uf 25V cap (part #220-002-00) per each Mono Channel PCB’s
(055-067-00). Solder the positive of leg of the cap to the 5V rail. Solder the
negative leg to ground. (As shown below)
