The text is a compilation based on input
from a number of sources, including design
engineer Cam Jones, acoustic engineer Terry
Wetherbee, and audio recording guru Rick
Chinn. Dave Franzwa produced this manual
using the following tools:
Initially written in Microsoft® Word, the
text was imported into Adobe PageMaker®.
Illustrations were produced in Adobe Illustrator®.
Most of the work was done on a Power
Macintosh® G4 with Mac OS 9.1 installed. This
machine has a PowerPC G4 processor, 384MB
of RAM, a 28.62 GB internal hard drive, and an
internal Sony CD-ROM drive. The primary
fonts used were ITC Century Light Condensed
and Futura Condensed, both from Adobe Sys-
tems Incorporated. This entire manual was
written and produced at a cluttered desk next
to a westward-facing window overlooking
Woodinville-Redmond Road while sitting in a
comfy chair.
