Checking Roll Gap
DANGER
To avoid bodily injury or death from unexpected startup of machine, always stop engine and remove key from ignition
before leaving operator's seat for any reason.
1. Lower the header fully.
2. Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the ignition.

3. Polyurethane Roll: Insert a feeler gauge through the
inspection hole in the conditioner endsheet to check roll
gap on polyurethane roll conditioners. Factory setting is
3 mm (1/8 in.). If adjustments are required, refer to
Adjusting Roll Gap

approximation of roll gap but does
