Reel Clearance to Cutterbar
The minimum clearance between the reel
fi
ngers and the cutterbar ensures that the reel
fi
ngers do not contact
the cutterbar during operation. The clearance is adjusted at the factory, but some adjustment may be necessary
before operation.
The
fi
nger to guard/cutterbar clearances with reels fully lowered are shown in Table
IMPORTANT:
Measurements must be taken at
both ends of each reel and at the cutterbar flex locations
with the header
in full-frown mode.
