M1240 Disc- and Draper-Ready Configuration
In addition to the hardware used for connecting to disc headers, an M1240 Self-Propelled Windrower will also have
a four point multicoupler installed to allow for connecting to draper headers. To install the DWA hydraulics to a
M1240 Self-Propelled Windrower configured for disc- and draper-ready headers, follow these steps:
Install the DWA linkage hydraulics to the windrower.
1.
Route hoses (A) underneath both filters as shown.
2.
Connect linkage quick couplers (B) to quick couplers
on windrower frame (C).
NOTE:
Linkage and windrower have quick couplers
preinstalled for easy connection.

Install the DWA deck hydraulics to windrower.
3.
Remove shipping plugs (MD #136266) (A) from deck
hydraulic hoses (MD #176534) (B).
