want the Cuveo receiver to learn. The red
LED on the receiver stays lit. The learning
process has been completed successfully.
g.) Repeat these steps for additional receivers.
h.) Following successful completion of the
learning process, screw the housing of the
wireless motion detector shut again. To
do this, fit the back of the housing on the
wireless motion detector and screw it in
place using the four screws.
i.) Then attach the wireless motion detector to
the wall mount from above and adjust it so
it is aimed at the sensing range.
Deleting the wireless motion
detector on a Cuveo receiver
Please refer to the instructions in the
user guide for the Cuveo receiver.
FUNCTION TEST /
OPERATION
Connect a load to the programmed
Cuveo receiver. For reliable, maximum
performance of the load, refer to the
“Technical data” section for the respective
Cuveo receiver. Walk through the sensing
range of the wireless motion detector. If the
slide switch (2) is set to “lunar icon”, this
test is only possible at dusk or at night.
The programmed Cuveo receiver should
then be activated for the set time. Each
additional movement that is detected
extends the time that the programmed
Cuveo receiver is activated.
Note
The range for detecting a movement
depends on several factors:
•
The height at which the wireless motion
detector is mounted
•
The temperature difference between the
background and the moving object
•
The size of the object to be detected
