Please be ready to describe the symptoms to the best of your abilities

(crackle, stuck notes, jitter, etc.) and whether or not they are consistent (Do they
happen at the same place at the same time —each time? Etc.). You may also want
to note when you started experiencing these problems and whether it was related
to any specific incident or not.
After gathering this information, please have your telephone near your computer
and/or  Midiman/M-Audio  product.  If  you’re  calling  from  a  cell  phone,  please
prepare plenty of battery power as well as make sure that a cellular signal can be
clearly reached where you are calling from. Sit back, try to relax and then dial.
