From factory  TRA drive pulley  adjustment screws are set to 

position  3.  This 

position  allows  the best compromise between acceleration, top speed and fuel 

economy. 
Position  1  or  2 would provide the best fuel economy

. Top speed would be 

reduced. 
Position 4 would give the best acceleration. Fuel economy would be reduced.

INSTALLATION above in order to remove air silencer.

ON position and install tether cord cap on

MPEM/fuel pump fuse burnt out.

appropriate rated fuse.
