Before calling for assistance or service, please check “Troubleshooting.” It may save you the cost of a ser-
vice call. If you still need help, follow the instructions below.
When calling, please know the purchase date and the complete model and serial number of your appliance.
This information will help us to better respond to your request. This information is found on the rating plate
located on the back of the refrigerator.

IF YOU NEED REPLACEMENT PARTS

If  you  need  to  order  replacement  parts,  we  recommend  that  you  only  use  factory  specified  parts.  Factory
specified parts will fit right and work right, because they are made with the same precision used to build eve-
ry new LYNX appliance.
1.  Check the plug, fuse and/or circuit breaker.
2.  Test the outlet with a lamp or radio to verify power is available.
3.  Make  certain  that  the  outlet  used  is  not  controlled  by  a  wall  switch.  This  is  more  common    in  outdoor
kitchens.

4.

Be sure the control is not set to

0

(OFF).

5.  Check that the GFCI switch on the line cord is on. If necessary press the reset button.

6.

Read  the  manual,  especially  the  items  under  the  Use  and  Care  sections.  You  may  find  the  answer  to

your questions.

If you don’t find the answer to your questions in this manual, find the unit model number (on the upper back
of the refrigerator) and contact our Customer Care department.
