The following terms and conditions are applicable to
products sold in France only:
The seller shall deliver goods that are complying with
the contract and shall be responsible for defects
existing upon delivery. The seller shall also be
responsible for defects resulting from packaging,
assembling instructions or the installation when it is its
responsibility per the contract or if accomplished under
its responsibility. To be compliant with the contract, the
good shall:

Be fit for normal use for goods similar thereto and, if
applicable:
- Correspond to the description provided by the
seller and have the qualities presented to the buyer
though sample or model;
- Have the qualities that a buyer may legitimately
expect considering the public declarations of the
seller, the manufacturer of its representative,
including in advertising or labeling; or
