The Fluid Sensor
This device is equipped with a fluid sensor to protect the pump. The sensor tests whether there is fluid inside
the supply pipe. If not, the device shuts off the pump after 20 s and the display starts flashing.
In this case, switch off the device and refill the reservoir with smoke liquid.
If the display keeps flashing after you refill the reservoir, you need to reset the fluid sensor. Proceed as follows:
Switch off the device, then switch it on again.
Or, from DMX operating mode: set channel 1 to off (DMX value 0–9), then set to on (DMX value 10 or
higher).
Caution
: We strongly recommend that you
keep the fluid sensor enabled
at all times. If not, the
device may be permanently damaged if it works without fluid. Note that this damage is not covered
by the warranty.
To check if the fluid sensor is enabled, proceed as follows:
1.
Press <MENU> until <oiL> is displayed and press <ENTER> to confirm.
