To obtain warranty service, contact LUX. Have close at hand your original invoice/receipt, the product name
and model number as indicated on the receipt, along with a detailed description of the problem you are
experiencing.
You must also include proof of the date of original retail purchase (original receipt) as evidence that the
product is within the applicable warranty period.
Disclaimer
Carefully inspect all items for damages before accepting delivery or, if you picked-up the product at an
authorized dealer, as soon as you get home.
Upon acceptance of items, the owner assumes full responsibility for the state of the product.
Damages caused during transit are not covered under our warranty. If the delivery was conducted by an
authorized dealer, please contact the dealer for any claim regarding damages. LUX must be notified of any
damages and/or missing parts within five (5) days upon your receipt of merchandise. Claims will not be
accepted after five (5) days.
NOTE: Items were thoroughly tested and carefully packed in our factory before shipping.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: All sales are final. Any return or exchange request will be approved or refused at the
sole discretion of LUX. If a return/exchange request is approved, the product must be returned in good
working condition with ALL original parts and documentation packed in ALL original cartons, fillers and
shipping cartons. A re-stocking fee of 25% will be charged for all approved returns/exchanges. Exchanges or
returns may be refused if any packaging is missing.
Make sure to inspect the range hood for damages and defects before installation. Appearance flaws of the
hood found after installation and not affecting performance are not covered under this warranty. Service visits
for problems not covered under warranty will carry a service charge.
Before Installation: Exchange or return requests can be approved at the sole discretion of LUX (please see
RETURNS/EXCHANGES section above).
After Installation:
