Assembly
Assembling as leaf blower
– Plug both parts of the blow nozzle (1) together as
shown and allow them to engage securely.
– Push the blow nozzle (1) onto the blow opening of
the motor housing until the release button (10)
engages.
– Hook the shoulder strap into the lug (12).
– Close the protective cover of the intake open-
ing (6) until the release button (11) engages.
– To remove the blowing nozzle, press the release
button (10) and pull off the nozzle.
Assembling as a leaf vacuum cleaner
– Plug both parts of the suction pipe (8) together as
shown and let them engage securely.
– Push the collecting bag (9) onto the blow opening
of the motor housing until the release button (10)
engages.
– Open the protective cover of the intake open-
ing (6).
– Hook the suction pipe (8) onto the unit as shown
and close it until the release button (11) engages.
– Hook the collection bag into the eyelets (13) as
shown.
– To remove the collecting bag, press the release
button (10) and pull off the collecting bag.
Operation
Check before starting!
Check the safety equipment and the safe condition of
the device.
– Check all parts to make sure they fit tightly.
– Check whether there are visible defects: broken
parts, cracks, etc.
Setting the blower or vacuum speed
– Set the speed regulator (4) to the required blow-
ing or vacuuming speed.
Switching on and off
– To switch the machine on, set the On/Off
switch (3) to
[I]
.
– To switch the machine off, set the On/Off
switch (3) to
[0]
.
Cleaning and maintenance
Wear goggles when working with the de-
vice.
Wear ear defenders when working with the
device.
Wear sturdy shoes when working with the
device.
Wear protective gloves when working with
the device.
Wear tightly fitting clothing when working
with the device.

Never use the
unit with only one part of the blow nozzle
attached.
Note:
The unit cannot be switched on if the
protective cover is not completely closed.

Never use the
unit with only one part of the suction pipe
attached.
NOTICE! Risk of damage to the device!
After the two-piece suction pipe has been
plugged together, it must not be disassem-
bled into two parts again.
Note:
The unit cannot be switched on if the
suction pipe is not completely closed.
DANGER! Risk of injury!
The device must
only be put into operation if no faults are
found. If any part of the device is defective,
it must be replaced before the next use.
Note:
A lower power level is sufficient for
many jobs. We recommend starting the
work in a low setting and increasing the
power accordingly if necessary. A lower set-
ting can significantly reduce the volume.
Note:
Work with leaf blowers/vacuums may
not be performed during normal quiet hours.
DANGER! Risk of injury!
Switch off the
product and disconnect the mains plug
before all cleaning and maintenance work.
Wait till all moving parts are completely
stopped.
