Operating data
Max air temperature around the motor:
+40°C.
Min air temperature around the motor:
-15°C.
ATDA:
Max permitted operating pressure:
1.6 MPa at 100˚C
All heat exchangers are leak-tested under water using dry air.
ATDG:
Max permitted operating pressure:
1.0 MPa at 150˚C
Test pressure:
1.3 MPa
The pH value of the steam must not drop below 8.5 and
should normally be 9.5. The oxygen content must not
exceed 0.01 mg/l.

Weight and volume

Heat exchanger
The heat exchanger consists of tubes that are mechanic-
ally expanded onto the fins. The fins are manufactured
as whole plates without slots to avoid dust and fibres
collecting on the fin structure.
Fan unit
The fan unit’s motor is an outer rotor motor, journalled on
ball bearings, with a self-resetting thermal cut-out (not
size 44-3). The fan blades are made of pressed galvanised
sheet steel or aluminium. The fan unit is coated with a
black surface finish.
