Where to attach the Lumishore Shorelite:
The Lumishore Shorelite has been designed to either be directly attached to a wall or pontoon or used in
conjunction with the Shorelite maintenance arm that allows for easier inspection and cleaning. Please contact
Lumishore for more information.
Electrical Connection:
NOTE: FOR MAXIMUM LIGHT OUTPUT AND EFFICIENCY THE SHORELITE SHOULD BE SUPPLIED WITH A VOLTAGE
WITHIN THE RANGE OF 12-14 Volts.
A Shorelite will continue to work below 12 Volts although light output power will be considerably reduced. When
choosing a suitable power supply, cable run length, cable gauge and voltage drop should be considered to ensure
each Shorelite is operating within the correct voltage range.
For Installation convenience the end of each cable has been colour coded as follows...
Red wire
(cable laser marked “1”) = Positive Voltage (12Volt DC)
Black wire
(cable laser marked “2”) = Ground (0 Volts)
How to Maintain the Lumishore Shorelite.
Lumishore recommends general inspection of the Shorelite module and cable attachments every month.
The glass lens should be kept clean with a plastic scraper or soft brush. Regular cleaning of the lens will
ensure that the Shorelite delivers maximum light output.
To prolong device lifetime and maintenance schedules, an anti foul solution such as Prop Speed can be
used to help prevent marine growth.

Lumishore Ltd warrants the Shorelite to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years starting from
the date of original purchase. Misuse, abuse, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters
such as fire, flood and lightening, installation but unqualified personnel, unauthorised repair or modification will void this
warranty. Should your Shorelite be defective during this period, please contact your dealer in the first instance as soon as you
become aware of the defect.
