INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE –

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE.

SAFETY GUIDELINES – 

PLEASE READ BEFORE USE

1. This product should not be used without proper 

instruction from a healthcare professional.

2. This product has a maximum user weight limitation of 500 lb.

3. Graham-Field Health Products assumes no responsibility for

any damage or injury caused by improper installation,

assembly or use of this product.

4. If components are damaged or missing, contact your 

dealer immediately. DO NOT use substitute parts.

5. Before use, ensure that all assembled parts are secure 

and all hardware is tightened.

6. Always use caution when using this product on wet 

or slippery surfaces. Do not use Rollator on stairs or 

steep inclines. 

7. Inspect Rollator weekly for proper function and wear. 

If any component is not in proper working order or 

appears worn, contact your Graham-Field Health Products

dealer for repair and/or appropriate replacement parts.

8. Assemble Rollator as instructed to ensure safe use.

9. If the hand brakes fail to stop the Rollator, contact 

your Graham-Field Health Products dealer immediately 

for adjustment.

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

1. Remove Rollator from case.

2. Cut plastic ties to remove basket.

3. Unfold frame; spread front and back legs apart.

4. Flip down black locking mechanism to secure back legs. 

Ensure that black locking mechanism is resting firmly on back crossbar.

5. Remove the gray plastic end caps from the frame and discard them.

6. Insert chrome tube sections of left and right handle bars into their 

respective vertical frame sections.

7. Adjust handle bars to user’s height. DO NOT extend the handle bars

beyond the security mark. Tighten adjustment knobs on both vertical

frame sections until handle bars are secure.

OPERATION

HAND BRAKE:

Squeeze hand brakes to stop; release hand brakes to walk.

Ensure that both hand brakes are squeezed at the same time to ensure proper

braking. If only one hand brake is squeezed, only one wheel will brake.

TO LOCK:

Push hand brakes down to lock. Ensure that both left and right hand

brakes are locked. Always lock hand brakes when user is immobile; never sit on

rest seat if hand brakes are not locked.

TO UNLOCK:

Lift hand brakes up to unlock.

FOLDING ROLLATOR:

Remove any attached accessories, such as the 

wire shopping basket and food tray. Flip up black locking mechanism. 

Press legs together.

ATTACH ACCESSORIES

SHOPPING BASKET:

Attach wire shopping basket hooks to front side of

Rollator top crossbar on both sides of rest seat

FOOD TRAY:

Place food tray on rest seat; ensure that food tray is firmly seated.

MAINTENANCE

For dust and dirt, wipe Rollator gently with damp, softy cloth.

Use a mild soap and water solution to clean, rinse with clear water, 

then dry with a soft cloth.

Never use organic solvents, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on 

any part of Rollator or food tray

Check fit and tightness of all nuts, bolts and knobs weekly to ensure 

that Rollator is safe to use.

To guarantee the best service from your Rollator, always specify 

Lumex replacement parts, available from your Lumex dealer.
