Feature availability depends upon system administration. Check with your system manager.
Lock your cordless phone keypad (telephone feature)
You may lock your cordless phone keypad to prevent any unintentional use.
•
Press the Menu button.
•
Press the * button.
To unlock the keypad, repeat the above steps.
Note: The keypad returns to the ‘unlock’ condition when the following occurs:
- the cordless phone is placed on the charger unit,
- the battery pack is removed or replaced.
Protect your phone against unauthorized use
First procedure (telephone feature):
•
Press the Menu button.
•
Press the Previous or Next button to select the «TEL.-LOCK ON/OFF» feature.
•
Press the OK button.
•
Enter the new PIN (Personal Identification Number).
•
Reenter the PIN.
•
Press the OK button to protect your phone against unauthorized use.
To unlock the phone, repeat the above steps.
