Delay parameters
Introduction
Data interleaving increases the ability of the system to tolerate noise on the line. However,
it increases the latency (delay) of the data traffic.
Default settings
Following are the Interleave-Path-Config subprofile parameters shown with default values
for specifying the maximum tolerable delay for interleaver/deinterleaver operations:

max-delay-up = 0
max-delay-down = 0
