Resetting parameters on a physical port
You can reset all configurable parameters for a specific physical port to their default
values.
Note:
Before any physical port parameters can be changed, cleared, or reset, you
must disable the physical port. For more information about how to disable a
physical port, see Disabling a physical port earlier in this chapter.
To reset all configurable parameters on a physical port to their default values, use
the
pport reset
command.
Command:
M15-155s8:/>pport reset <pport id>
Parameter:
<pport id>
The physical port number in the form
<slot>.<port number>.
