Pre-PID Timer and Exit Level operates as a OR condition (where if either condition is
met, the PID controller is turned on)
►
A7: Sets the frequency range for a general acceleration without PID control.
►
A8: When the feedback exceeds the Pre-PID Exit Level, the Pre-PID operation ends
and a normal process PID operation begins.
►
A9: When the time exceeds the Pre-PID Timer, the Pre-PID operation ends and a
normal process PID operation begins.
8.8 Multi Step PID
Four different set points(reference values) can be set programed according to the
combination of the PID_Step_L, PID_Step_M signals in binary code
